Amazing beautiful wonderful fiance making our friends his chicken eggs for breakfast. The brisker has never had so many yolks on it before.
Yay finally I have made a donation to my favorite program NPR. Church and NPR, you are the things I love and believe in supporting with cash donations… private college that cost me 100k bugger off please.

Well as a larper I have had many occasions to paint my face into all kinds of monsters. The most frequent of which is skeleton or undead. This face paint type I have down to a SCIENCE and can get on in less than 5. Perhaps for my own practice I thought it might be fun to do a tutorial, in photos not video. It would be a good exercise and perhaps be a gateway to more tutorials…
So I usually don’t use this blog as a place to write personal stuff or talk about pop culture, but this has been bothering me so much that I m going to put in on the intertubes and let it go.
The Hunger Games,(the book series, I haven’t seen the movie) I just don’t get it. The end was a huge let down, in that it was so bleh middle of the road cop out. The deaths of characters felt quick and not very well thought out. And the most bothersome point, there was so much potential. So much potential; huge, scary, controversial, political, emotional conflicts that just were so down played in favor of never ending descriptions of her leg hair being waxed off.
I am disappointed in it. Sure it is a more positive message to girls than twilight, but who wants to be called “better than twilight.” Maybe I am too old/ not old enough to get it.

Usually when we do eggs at my house it is a giant mess of dyed fingers and weirdly colored eggs with crayon drawings on them. But this year it was just my mom and I so we didn’t go full tilt but did some trendy “dipped” eggs like we are seeing ao much with apparel and houseware. So yeah they are very sweet and a plus super fast.
